All prices are in Australian dollars and all purchases are to be paid for in Australian dollars whether they are International or within Australia.

At this point in time we do not accept any credit card payments until our egateway facilities are established so all purchases are to be paid for via Paypal , bank deposit , cheques or money order.

No products will be shipped until funds have been cleared in our bank account.

At checkout please disregard message at the payment stage referring to non credit card payments being non secure. No information is stored by Australis Fly Fishing after any transaction with the only information being stored is that by the website host site creator plus for future purchases and future discount offers as a reward to customer loyalty. No customer information is shared with any third parties.

All prices include postage but do not include G.S.T

 All international orders are sent via Australia post and postage costs  will be added and notified upon placement of order via return email.

In the unlikely event of stock error Australis will replace items with equivalent items of value and quality at the customers discretion. If this is not applicable the customer will be refunded the full amount to their bank account or paypal account accordingly.

Australis fly Fishing is an on line retail store only but products may be viewed by appointment only and to organise this please email us at australisflyfishing@westnet.com.au

Customers are the lifeblood of our business and at Australis fly fishing it is all about you as we like to think that every customer is either a new or existing member of the Australis family.

If you are unhappy with any of our products upon arrival  email us within 24 hours at the above email address then please Return them to us in the  original unused and unopened condition that they were sent in and postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

In the unlikely event of a warranty then please email us within 24 hours at the above email address and we will handle the matter at shop level not at manufacturer level as other shops do in Australia.

In the case of breakage with a Flextec rod all flextec rods have an unconditional lifetime warranty to the owner and unlike other manufacturers breakage is not factored into our pricing.

Therefore in the sad event of a Flextec rod breaking please return mail the rod to us in it's original rod tube and include a $50 money order or cheque or arrange payment with us to cover processing fees and also postage fees for the new components.
